Distance Reiki Session - Healing Reiki energy sent to recipient regardless of physical location, using intention, symbols, and focused energy. During a distance Reiki session, recipients may experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, relaxation, or subtle shifts in energy that can continue for hours or even days after the session. Sessions typically last around 30 minutes, a pre-session check-in to let you know the session is starting, and post-session guidance. Recipients are encouraged to relax, meditate, or any calming, as the energy works regardless of conscious effort.
